Please read and follow the instructions below before you return items to us. Once you encounter any questions, feel free to contact us anytime. Our Customer Service will gladly provide considerate online support for you.
Please assure you get across our return policy and ensure to agree with all criteria before physically sending any items back to us.


Return Policy

1. Quality Issue: Our products do not work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing you fail to use it. In this situation, our return policy is open to you. And we will return full refund to you.

2. Non Quality Issues: In some particular situation, our return policy can be open to you unless you have negotiated with our customer service about your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.

3. Shipping options for return items: When you decide to return the items to us, please use simple airmail or EMS, and ship it to the address our customer service gives to you. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or any other couriers, because we can not get your return item, and we will not responsible for that.

Exceptional Situation

Mis-Ordered Products: If you order wrong item by yourself, or you found it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), our return policy is not applied for you in this situation. Please aware of this.

Returning for replacement

1. If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it freely for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.

2. If you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right item, this exchange policy is also for you. But you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.

How to do with physical damaged Items?
If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. However, you can return for repair.

What should you do before returning for replacement?
You need to contact our customer service and tell us your problem, such as what's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.

Which shipping option should you choose for returning items?
After your item is confirmed to match our policy of returning, we will inform you of shipping item back to us with simple airmail or EMS. Pay attention that NO DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or any other express. See shipping options for return items aboved.

How will we do after receiving your return?
You need to keep in touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and inform you after everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.

Refund Policy 
After we get your item back to us and check the item in a good condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 2 working days through PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service. And we will charge you 10% handling fee.

Guarantee Policy

We usually ship goods By DHL, UPS, EMS, Singpost airmail, and HongKong Airmail.

DHL: 3-5 days
UPS: 5-7 days
EMS: 10-15 working days
Singpost/HongKong Airmail: 7- 20 working days. At most 45 days.

1. Damaged tool Service: If the product you received has been damaged during the shipping, please report to local DHL office/Post office immediately and ask for damage proof, then contact our website customer service for exchange service.

2. Product Qualtiy problem for refund or exchange: If the product has any problems, please contact our customer service online within 7 days and return the item to us within 30 days upon the arrival.If you not contact us within 7 days and not return to us within 30days, it is considered as used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

3. Return Service: All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and also your order number. If the item needs repair, refund or exchange, please use simple airmail to ship back to us.

4. One-year warranty. If the item need repair, within one year, customers no need pay repair fee but need to pay both back and forth shipping cost. Over one year warranty, customer need to pay repair fee for repair.

Repair Policy
When your product get damaged after using some time and need to repair, we provide repair service for you. Please contact Obdii.fr customer service about the item repair.
You need to use simple airmail to send the item back to us. After we fix it, we will send back to you soon. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for it.
